I think the concept itself is great, but using the real creator of a real franchise to execute said concept is still really weird regardless of how you look at it or how well done the game actually is. TJOC always bordered way too heavily on real person fanfiction for me personally. Especially when for all we know the creator might not have even asked for Scott or his family's permission to make the game. Someone correct me if I'm wrong though. I really hope the story is changed in the remake to not be so...weirdly meta.

youre the same guy who didnt realize squimpus mgrimpus liked minors before you made your video and didnt know characters from popgoes (the "red and purple robots" from your fnaf vhs video), one of the most popular fnaf fangames. every game has it flaws, but calling this one the most disappointing is a massive stretch. it isnt the best, but it is far from the worst.

I feel terrible for Robin. The only redeemable person in this place, and he suffers so much because of it. Only alive because the demon enjoys watching him struggle. On top of that, nobody even uses his name! Such injustice. Now that I think about it, the creator must have been in quite a pessimistic mindset to create such a grimdark tale where even the one saving grace is rooted in some form of cynicism.

I have, sadly, different opinion about it. This game wasn't the worst out there but i think it's overrated bc story is too weird n gameplay isn't fun. To graduate you need to actually resolve a case? It's so cheesey. Mother being the bad guy alongside owner was too obvious and the mini games were tedious. Gameplay is too unbalanced and too repetitive, most fangames are working differently each night and even have bosses or don't drag on for too long. This game - does it. It's 8 nights w 4 having difference in the gameplay while 4 more are the same but harder and harder. Usually games akin to FNAF have 6 nights and custom night w additional stuff that's actually engaging. Here tho? Nothing. So it's a pretty mid game. It's not as amazing as people say but definitely nice interns of mechanics, atmosphere and details like voice or aesthetic. But definitely doesn't top any others like released lately Five Nights To Remember for example. Or Graveyard Shift. Etc. Yeah. I'm not saying it's a trash but eh... I think people are hyped due to how unique some things look but objectively? It's not really the best fangame to release as many claim
